📦 Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We currently ship within the borders of Saudi Arabia only.

🕒 Application processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Regular deliveries typically take 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to increased demand, weather conditions, or delivery company issues.

💳 Payment methods

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) option.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

All payments must be completed online before the order can be processed and shipped.

📦 Shipping fees

Free shipping for all orders over 150 SAR.
Orders less than 150 SAR will be charged a flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

We use trusted shipping partners in Saudi Arabia such as SMSA, Aramex, and local delivery companies to ensure on-time and safe delivery.

🔄 Delivery failure cases

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
